（中央社馬納瓜10日綜合外電報導）尼加拉瓜總統奧蒂嘉（Daniel Ortega ）今天將正式展開連續的第三個任期，這次副總統是他的夫人穆麗優（Rosario Murillo），就職典禮貴賓包括台灣總統蔡英文。

法新社報導，尼加拉瓜是拉丁美洲最貧窮的國家之一，奧蒂嘉已連續掌權10年，連續的第三個任期將能鞏固他的權力。

奧蒂嘉原是叛軍領袖，在過去37年統治尼加拉瓜長達20年。他在去年11月的選舉贏得壓倒性勝利，連任成功，新任期要到2022年才屆滿。

他的夫人穆麗優原已是他的正式發言人和政府的公眾形象，這次被拔擢為副總統，使她可以在現年71歲的奧蒂嘉提前下台時，接任總統。

在首都馬納瓜（Managua）的就職典禮舉行前，安全戒備明顯森嚴，當局部署精銳警察部隊和警犬訓練員，周遭道路也已封閉。

這次出席就職大典的貴賓包括台灣總統蔡英文、玻利維亞總統莫拉萊斯（Evo Morales）和薩爾瓦多總統桑契斯（Salvador Sanchez Ceren）。

沒有其他中美洲國家元首參與典禮，凸顯奧蒂嘉與鄰邦關係不睦。

反之，奧蒂嘉與具反美傾向的國家交往，包括俄羅斯與委內瑞拉。

美國實境秀節目「名人接班人」(Celebrity Apprentice)8日證實，美國總統當選人川普(Donald Trump)仍將擔任這個節目的執行製作人。

一名發言人表示，當「名人接班人」在明年推出第15季新節目、並由巨星阿諾史瓦辛格(Arnold Schwarzenegger)擔任主持人時，川普仍將留在製作人名單內。

美國娛樂雜誌「綜藝」(Variety)報導，川普的名字將出現在螢幕上，排在製作人柏奈特(Mark Burnett)之後，不過會在史瓦辛格之前。

這名發言人並未說明，即將入主白宮的川普是否會領取每集的費用。

「名人接班人」作出這項宣布時，正值川普設法轉變外界批評他龐大的事業帝國，將為總統職務帶來前所未見利益衝突之際。川普上個月30日曾表示，為避免利益衝突並專心當總統，他將退出自己一手建立的企業王國。

川普在電視實境秀「誰是接班人」(The Apprentice)結束前板著臉孔說「你被炒魷魚了！」(You're fired!)，是美國電視的經典對白。「誰是接班人」近年來演化為「名人接班人」，自2004年起播出14季，直到川普宣布參選才「暫停」。
